Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Allen Bradley 505V-AOD-A2E-91 & 595-AB & 592-A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Amci products, including obsoleted and phased-out Alpha parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Alvarion product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Amci such as the HTT201B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LP120M0110111 manufactured by Alpha and we are pleased to be able to service most Alpha systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4MPRO3K1D25 by Manufacturer Alvarion as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Alsthom Brand RS320MR1108 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Amarillo such as 175 equipment made by Amarillo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Amarillo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Amarillo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C37292 made by Altran as well as the popular DL342K5PAN7 original spares produced by Ametek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C3201010022A by American-Msi and 175 spares by Amarillo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 19882401CF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gemco.
